Preparing for your visit
Organiser can arrange for a pre visit tour via email: info@artvoillusions.com.au at no cost.
Upon arrival, students are provided with an introduction to the concept of trick art and a demonstration on how to capture the best images.

The exhibition is self-guided, allowing students to tour the gallery and complete any exercises that you’ve set for them at their own pace. The whole experience takes approximately 1 hour.

Staff are located throughout the gallery to provide inspiration and support to visiting students.

Price: $15 per student (accompanying teachers/support staffs enter for free*)

*Teachers and support staffs are subject to enter for free up to a ratio of 1 teacher:7 students per booking.

Smart-phones and/or camera’s are not supplied by ArtVo as a part of group bookings. Please ensure participants have their own or organisation supplied smart-phones and/or cameras, or any other material they may require for their visit. Bookings can only be made up to 6 months in advance. Groups MUST arrive at or before their confirmed booking time. Should any group arrive late or during another groups allotted time, it cannot be guaranteed that they will be served first.
Once this booking form has been submitted, invoices will be issued where payment is due one week prior to the visiting date at the latest. The invoice will reflect the original estimated numbers as provided on this booking form. These numbers are taken to be final if ArtVo is not informed otherwise. Prepayment invoices will only be issued for groups with a minimum of 25 participants. Should the number of participants drop to less than 25, payment is to be made at the door on the day of the visit. Payment can only be made by credit/debit card or direct EFT to ARTVO’s account. Cheque payments are not accepted.
If there are changes to the number of participants attending the excursion, it is the responsibility of the Group leader/Organisation to communicate changes to ArtVo via email. Changes can be made up to one week prior to the visiting date, details of the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. The size of the group must be confirmed no later than one week prior to the visit, the onus of doing this is on the representative of the organisation.
There are no refunds if the number of visitors on the actual day differ to the confirmed numbers communicated in prior correspondence. Refunds will also not be permitted for groups that do not attend the date they have booked, in which case only a change of date will be permitted.
